second first step by ghostevolution second first step by ghostevolution
:P haha well i totally screwed up the first one. i can still fix it but i was feeling anxious. so i just made this new sketchy one. i think it's much better. also i was thinking, i don't know much about any other specific culture other than the one i've been living so i wont do any other. i'll just do what i think is right and cool at the moment.

so here, the characters arnt wearing uniforms. instead, they can wear whatever they want. and also, i don't give a crap about what's new in fashion. LOL screw those pansies.

k so i hope i can turn this out well. this sketch will under go some coloring work. i've decided and i'm gonna try my hand at it. i hope i don't screw it up T.T

I must have missed this one , like how they can wear what ever they want. SInce there are so many people interested all ready in yer comic it's already apparent that it'll be a success.

thanks i hope that i can make it take off soon. yeah the clothes were one thing i wanted to see. most manga's, especially love/comedy manga, has their characters in uniform or wearing the same clothes day in and day out. so i'd like to change it up a bit.

You probably wont screw it up. Color work, while tedious, isnt so hard (and it can be forgiving if done on the computer...) and it actually can be sorta fun.

yeah! thanks that got me thinking about doing it all the more. and i'm going to use traditional media (color pencil, marker, etc.) so that's why i hope i dont mess up :P

There's something so satisfying about traditional media. I guess it's because you can hold it in your hands, you can LOOK at it and tell time was spent, instead of printing it out or looking at a computer screen.

haha yeah. i always joke about how ps is cheating. but i'm just kidding. actually it's all really good to use. but i'm just using what i have on hand so it'll be traditional. i'm not very confident with digital coloring =)
